The USC Alumni Association and its related entities award nearly $2 million in alumni scholarships to new and continuing students each year. Individuals must apply for scholarships during the academic year prior to the year of funding. For example, applications are accepted during the 2008-2009 academic year for funding in 2009-2010.
- Alumni Club Scholarships — awarded annually by USC alumni clubs around the country to new and continuing students. Alumni club scholarships are merit-based and range from $1,000-$4,000. Recipients must reapply each year.
- Alumnae Coordinating Council (ACC) Scholarships — awarded annually to new or returning students by alumnae groups.
- Town and Gown Scholarships — awarded annually by the Town and Gown of the University of Southern California to new and continuing students.
- SCions Scholarships — awarded annually by the USC Alumni Association to new and continuing students. Applicant must be the son, daughter, grandchild, great-grandchild or sibling of a USC alumnus.
- Trojan Tribute — awarded annually to incoming or returning juniors and seniors students.
- Half Century Trojans Scholarships — awarded annually by the Half Century Trojans to enrolled descendants of USC alumni, with preference given to descendants of Half Century Trojans. To learn more, please call the USC College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at (213) 740-5930.
